Smell: Floral, with a clear, intense and persistent smell of sweet flowers.
Flavor: Sweet, with a clear citrus component, very marked.
Texture: Slow crystallization.

CANTUESO – Lavandula stoechas
Visual appearance: Light amber.
Smell: Faint floral, not very intense, not very persistent, sometimes with very light camphor notes that increase in the retronasal.
Taste: Sweet, in some cases with slight acid notes.
Texture: Slow crystallization.
