Visual appearance (color): very clear
Smell: not very intense, medium persistence, floral.
Sweet taste. Sometimes with slight acid notes.
Texture: Fine crystallization.

Coupage
On the nose, banana and ground pepper. In the mouth vanilla and medium but pleasant spiciness with a long and persistent aftertaste. (Recommended with baked or grilled fish and pasta).

THYME – Thymus sp.
Visual appearance: Light amber to reddish amber
Smell: Floral with a clear phenolic component like clove, medicinal, smoky, very intense and very persistent.
Flavor: Sweet with a clear herbal component.
Texture: Little tendency to crystallization.
