BIERCOL – CALLUNA – Calluna vulgaris
Visual appearance: Light amber to dark amber, light brown to dark brown, often with reddish tones.
Extraordinarily shiny surface with slight undulations due to its high viscosity.
Smell: Intense and very persistent of leaf litter fallen to the ground in autumn.
Taste: Sweet with clear bitter and salty notes. Feeling of freshness when you try it.
Texture: Creamy and unctuous sensation.  Crystals appear in the middle of the honey, giving a crunchy sensation.

BLAZER – Citrus sp.
Visual appearance: Clear.
Smell: Floral, with a clear, intense and persistent smell of sweet flowers.
Flavor: Sweet, with a clear citrus component, very marked.
Texture: Slow crystallization.

LAVENDER CREAM – Lavender Lavandula latifolia, L. vera
Visual appearance: White to amber.
Smell: Floral with a clear lavender component, extraordinarily intense and very persistent.
Flavor: Sweet with acidic notes, may have slight salty notes. It persists over time leaving a pleasant flavor.
Texture: medium crystallization, in trend and size of the crystals.
